- Implemented missing `setupModalMorePopover`, `setupModalSharePopover`, and `refreshModalMoreMenuPanel` in `VideoModal.js`.
- Fixed a bug in `VideoModal.js` where `setCommentComposerState` was overriding `CommentsController` send button logic; it now delegates to the controller if available.
