Agent: bitvid-nip-research-agent Date: 2026-02-21 Goal: Research and verify compliance for NIP-09 (Deletion), NIP-21 (URI Scheme), and NIP-42 (Auth). Update NIP Inventory and generate report.

Scope:

• Verify js/nostr/client.js for NIP-09 and NIP-42 compliance.
• Verify js/utils/nostrHelpers.js for NIP-21 compliance.
• Fetch missing NIP specs (09, 21, 42).
• Update NIP_INVENTORY.md.
• Generate nip-report-2026-02-21.md.

Definition of Done:

• Context/Todo/Decisions/TestLog files created.
• NIP specs downloaded to artifacts/nips/.
• NIP-09, NIP-21, NIP-42 status updated in NIP_INVENTORY.md based on code analysis.
• nip-report-2026-02-21.md created/updated.
• npm run lint passes.
