Update fred.db and refresh_data.py to include additional series

- Modified `refresh_data.py` to include "CBBTCUSD" and "GLOBAL_M2" in the DEFAULT_SERIES for enhanced data analysis.
- Updated `fred.db` to reflect changes in the data structure.
