thePR0M3TH3AN 96964c6981 Add repository context and update requirements for charting scripts
- Create `repo-context.txt` to document the repository structure, important files, setup instructions, and usage examples for the lagged oil vs. unemployment charting scripts.
- Modify `requirements.txt` to ensure all necessary dependencies are listed for the project.
- Add `saved_config.yaml` for storing configuration settings.

thePR0M3TH3AN 89accfa168 Delete lagged oil unemployment rate chart script and add new files
Removed the `lagged_oil_unrate_chart_styled.py` script as it is no longer needed. Added a `.gitignore` file, a `requirements.txt` for dependencies, and a `scripts/` directory for future development.
