- Added `test-audit/**` to `scripts/check-hex.js` exclusions to prevent log files from triggering hex color errors.
- Explicitly added `js/webtorrent.min.js` and `js/webtorrent.min.js.map` to exclusions as `**/*.min.js` pattern was not catching them in CI environment.

- Move `initializeUserInterface()` earlier in `app.init()` to ensure button listeners (like Upload) are bound before potentially slow network operations (Access Control, Relay connection) block or delay responsiveness.
- Make `UploadModal.open()` async and await `load()` to ensure the DOM is ready before removing the `hidden` class.
- Stabilize `notification-system.spec.ts` by adding a wait for app settlement.

Add 3 new Playwright E2E spec files (31 tests each across 2 browsers):

- video-engagement.spec.ts: reaction buttons, comment composer,
  reaction meter, count labels, empty state
- video-crud-flows.spec.ts: settings menu, edit modal open/close/form,
  delete modal confirm/cancel/warning
- view-navigation.spec.ts: sidebar links, login-gated visibility,
  hash routing, sidebar collapse/expand, feed persistence

Raises E2E function coverage from 38.6% to 40.6%.
