Extracted rendering logic to `js/ui/components/revertModalRenderers.js`.
Updated baseline in `scripts/check-innerhtml.mjs` (0 remaining usages).
Updated tests to mock DOMParser.

- Added comprehensive unit tests for extracted helpers.
- Updated check-file-size.mjs baseline.

- Added delegate methods for `handleModerationSettingsSave`, `handleModerationSettingsReset`, `getModerationSettingsDefaults`.
- This ensures backward compatibility for existing tests like `tests/ui/profile-modal-moderation-settings.test.mjs`.
- Verified with unit tests (`tests/profile-modal-controller.test.mjs` and `tests/ui/profile-modal-moderation-settings.test.mjs`).

- Verified with unit tests (`tests/profile-modal-controller.test.mjs`) and linting.
- Reduced `ProfileModalController.js` size by ~2000 lines.
